Since 2001, Josh has tackled complex projects with real-world application, understanding not only the technical aspects of engineering but also the challenges clients face, including budget constraints and project management.

In 2007, Josh and his wife Myka took a leap of faith and started a residential construction company from scratch. With determination, grit, and innovative thinking, they grew it into a multi-million-dollar enterprise in just three years. This firsthand experience of scaling a business during challenging times taught Josh invaluable lessons about leadership, resilience, and the practical realities of construction.

For the past 15 years, Josh has applied these lessons at the helm of Alliance Engineering & Consulting, LLC.
